Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. The frequency of sessions can be determined based on clinical requirements such as treatment goals.
We create a safety plan in session collaboratively. The safety plans will have resources listed to reach out as needed especially during a potential crisis. I am unable to provide crisis support outside of business hours.
Life happens. I offer one freebie per year. One no show or one late cancellation is free. If I end up having to cancel - it's free and you will not be charged.
For online/virtual sessions: I accept UPI, bank transfer. For offline sessions, I also accept cash before we begin our session.

Yes, I may share relevant articles, worksheets, or coping strategies between sessions to support your therapeutic journey and reinforce what we discuss in our time together.
I maintain strict confidentiality as required by professional ethics and HIPAA regulations. Your personal information and session content will never be shared without your explicit written consent, except in rare situations where there is imminent danger.
